InterPlay is a workshop that invites participants between the ages of 9 to 99 to come together in the spirit of fun and engage in the joyful exploration of the games and play experiences that have defined their generations. Through hands-on activities, collaborative design, and a whole lot of play, participants will contribute to the Playground of Possibility - a space where childhood games are reimagined and 21st century technology meets time-honored play. This workshop invites participants to giggle, look to the past, imagine play futures and engage in intergenerational play and meaningful co-creation. Ultimately, the workshop and the Playground of Possibility celebrate the unique experiences of every generation and provide opportunities for creative collaboration, friendship and meaning-making through play.
