Zachary Cooper

Zachary Cooper is a legal scholar, researcher and lecturer for the Amsterdam Law & Technology Institute. His current research program focuses on the ways in which Generative AI technologies are able to, sometimes subtly, subvert and confound foundational legal tenets, and how techno-regulatory incoherence is exploited to emancipate emergent tech from the control of the law.
