Paul Schmidt he/him

Paul Schmidt is a game art exhibition curator from Berlin. After trying his hand as an artist with making performative games and playful installations, he collected first experiences as a curator for a games track at IMPAKT Festival in Utrecht, NL and a standalone exhibition on living landscapes in video games. Now in Berlin he works as a curator for the festival studio expo at A MAZE. / Berlin at silent green, with exhibitions focusing on alternative controllers and indie games. Apart from this Paul works in production of various media, culture, and music festivals, e.g. as volunteer manager for re:publica since 2023.
