Imagine a makerspace that isn’t fixed to a building — one that travels with you, ready to spark creativity wherever it lands. In this session, we introduce our mobile making corner: a compact, flexible workshop designed for play, experimentation, and hands-on creation.
This is a space where people can drop in, explore tools, and start tinkering immediately , no barriers, no intimidation. Whether you're curious about digital fabrication or just want to try something new, this setup invites you to learn by doing.
We’ll showcase a working micro-makerspace equipped with accessible digital fabrication tools, including:
* 3D printing
* CNC milling and laser cutting
* Plotting and vinyl cutting
* Electronics and rapid prototyping tools
But this is more than a demo. It’s a prototype for something bigger.
Over time, this concept evolves into a **FabLab on a bike** — a fully mobile, self-contained fabrication unit that can move through cities, reach new communities, and bring making culture to unexpected places.
**What’s in our mobile makerspace:**
* Plotter: Circut Explore 2
* Small heat press and hot iron
* CNC / Laser: Makera Carvera
* 3D Printer: Anycubic Kobra S1
* Digital soldering iron
* Regulated power supply and multimeter
* Small drill press
* Portable digital cinema / sound system
This is not just about machines — it’s about rethinking where and how making can happen.
