The Call for Participation for re:publica x New Fall Festival 2026
re:publica is coming back to Düsseldorf! On 9 and 10 October, as part of the New Fall Festival, we’ll be hosting several stages at the NRW Forum and the Ehrenhof – and you can join us! Do you have an idea, a project, a piece of research or a vision that drives digital society forward and fits into our programme? These formats are open for submission:
- Talk: A talk on a specific topic, solo or in pairs
- Conversation: A conversation with or without a moderator
- Panel discussion: A moderated discussion featuring different perspectives
- Workshop: Hands-on, participatory sessions for attendees to join in
- Special format: Your very own format idea
- Off Stage: An arts and culture programme beyond the stages
What makes a good submission?
Whether socio-political, artistic, technical, scientific, activist or very personal – what matters to us is that your entry takes the themes of the digital society a step further.

- A unique perspective and clear point of view
