Urvashi Aneja

Urvashi Aneja is Founding Director of Tandem Research, an interdisciplinary research collective that generates policy insights at the interface of technology, society,and sustainability. Her current research explores the social dimensions of technology transitions in India - how social relations shape the distribution of technology gains and the role of public policy and social choice in steering technology trajectories. She leads Tandem's Future of Work and AI & Society initiatives. Urvashi is also Associate Fellow at Chatham House and Visiting Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation. She has a PhD from the Department of Politics & International Relations, University of Oxford.
