Hernan Rodriguez He
3D Game designer - 3D Modelerer and environment design
Hernán Rodríguez (1998, Medellín, Colombia) is a digital artist and virtual world designer. His practice operates at the intersection of science, art, and technology, focusing on the design of video game narratives and immersive worlds. Working across contemporary art, 3D environment development, and digital culture, he explores the creation of characters, landscapes, and interactive systems through modeling, simulation, and real-time rendering tools.
His work investigates virtuality as an expanded space where aesthetics, narrative, and interactivity converge, proposing experiences that engage with the language of video games, real-time visualization, and digital ecologies. Through these media, he constructs speculative worlds that question the relationships between technology, nature, and fiction.
He has developed educational processes focused on digital creation, experimentation with virtual environments, and the exploration of new interactive narratives. He has taught in programs related to digital interaction, illustration, and 3D modeling at institutions such as Tecnológico de Artes Débora Arango and Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medellín.
